Conciliation proceedings  

If no satisfactory solution can be found to the issue(s) that you have notified us of by email, you may contact the conciliation board pursuant to article 16 of the BGG [German Equal Opportunities for People with Disabilities Act]. The BGG conciliation board is tasked with bringing about an out-of-court dispute resolution if there are conflicts between disabled people and the federal public sector regarding accessibility. The conciliation procedure is free of charge. There is no need to get a solicitor involved.
